Additional Fees: Extra Children $2.00 per child per day

All rates are based on two person occupancy.
Charges may be adjusted by the management when necessary.
There is $100 deposit required on monthly rate for
electricity.
Management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.
Cancellation Policy:
$10 cancellation fee, A minimum of 7 days notice is required. For cancellations
made less than 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, a 1 day fee will
be charged.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay at the time the
reservation is made. The balance is due at check in.
RV Sites Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded (less a $10 cancellation fee) if notification is
received more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date. If you
cancel with 7 days or less notice the full deposit will be forfeited.
No Show Policy:
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following
your scheduled arrival. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled your
reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your
reservation.
Changing dates may result in a processing fee of $10.
